We had an incredible family holiday at Maalu Maalu Resort & Spa. The spacious ocean front room with a shared pool and kitchen was perfect for us. The hotel's design maximizes the breathtaking view, and the comfortable beds ensured a peaceful stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick and attentive. The food was tasty, with a varied menu that catered to our fussy eating children. The pool was outstanding, clean, and offered a perfect view of the ocean. The beach was well maintained and not crowded with peddlers. We also enjoyed a fantastic snorkeling trip just a short boat ride away from the hotel.

We felt very at home at Maalu Maalu Resort & Spa and had no complaints.

We got an upgrade to a suite. Captain Sea Food, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel...

I was there before and would absolutely stay here again. Everything was great, welcoming staff, brilliant location next to Pasikudah beach and the restaurant. The room was huge and with an exceptional view of the lovely Pasikudha beach and ocean.

The breakfast was typical english and tasty with tons of Sri Lankan specialties and EXCELLENT spread, for example, and the facilities were excellent. The location was marvellous, so close to Pasikudah beach, that nice bay, and the center of the property, in a truly beautiful area.

The beachfront location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful white sands and crystal clear waters. The pool area was also fantastic, with a luxurious pool and bar service. The seafood served by the beach was to die for, fresh and expertly cooked. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of Sri Lankan and traditional dishes. Plus, the rooms with private pools added an extra touch of indulgence.

The spa could use some improvement, as the treatments were not consistently up to par. However, there were some standout professionals like Mr Krishna, who provided excellent service.

Panoramic units with a huge bathroom. Location very close to the center of the property as well as airport. Besides, easy to get to Coconut Cultural Park.

We had an amazing stay at the resort and loved every moment of it. The beach in front of the hotel was clean and safe for the kids to enjoy. The pool was beautiful and provided a refreshing escape from the heat. The rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, especially Mr. Jeewantha at the spa who gave us a wonderful massage. we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

the place was top-class and had absolutely kind staff who helped us with the reservation, loved the stay. the breakfast selection was typical english with tons of sri lankan specialties and excellent spread. the location offered was great and brilliant just off maalu maalu in a heart beat, the sea and passekudah bay. the pool was good and we had tasty drinks in the poolside bar.
